Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/05/2017 The petitioner has assailed legality and validity of order (Annexure P/1) on several grounds.

None of the grounds raised in this petition relate to absence of jurisdiction, violation of principles of natural justice or personal malice.

Therefore, in these circumstances, when there exists an alternative statutory remedy of filing appeal under the provisions of the Land Revenue Code, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.
