1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present Writ Petition is that though the respondents vide order dated 20.12.2010 (Annexure P-1) had sanctioned Second Kromonnati to the petitioner w.e.f. 03.11.2003 but the same till date has not been

implemented, as before the same could be implemented; the petitioner stood retired from service w.e.f 30.09.2011.

2. Taking into consideration, the said limited issue involved in the writ petition ends of justice would meet, if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 02 to 04 to verify, whether the petitioner has been extended the benefit of the Second Kramonnati as ordered vide Order dated 20.12.2010. If the same has not been extended, the same should be released forthwith to the petitioner and the pension and pensionary benefit should be revised and released accordingly and if it has been already been implemented and released, the petitioner should be intimated in this regard.

3. Let this exercise be concluded within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the Respondent No. 02 to 04 in this regard.
