1. Heard.

2. Though the number of grounds raised in this petition taking into consideration the alternative remedy is available, I am not inclined to enter in the dispute which relates to the extent of the land in different Khasra numbers. This can well be agitated before the Appellate Authority and file an appeal.

3. The petitioner filed this petition on 26/04/2017, therefore, petitoner would be entitled to exclusion of the period from 26/04/2017 till the date of receipt of copy of order from computing period of limitation to file an appeal. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same.
