The limited relief that Petitioner seeks in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondent No.2 to take necessary steps in relieving the Petitioner pursuant to Order, dated 16.3.2020 (Annexure P-1).

Vide Order dated 16.3.2020 (Annexure P-1), the Petitioner was transferred from P.H.N. No.28, Headquarter, R.I.C. Suhela, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara to the Office of Collector, Land Records Branch, District Mahasamund.

According to learned Counsel for Petitioner, the Order dated 16.3.2020 (Annexure P-1) still holds good and has not been modified, amended or cancelled.

Given the fact and the submission made by learned Counsel for Petitioner and the pleadings, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing Respondent No.2 to take necessary steps for compliance of Order dated 16.3.2020 (Annexure P-1) subject to verification of fact that the Order has not been modified, amended or cancelled.

Let necessary steps in this regard be taken by Respondent No.2 at the earliest, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
