1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file statutory appeal against order of eviction passed by the Tahsildar on 21.4.2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner apprehends that the appellate authority may not decide his stay application early.

3. The Court shall always presume that the application for stay, as and when filed, shall be considered appropriately.
