1. The aforesaid M.Cr.Cs. are being disposed of by this common order.

2. The applicants have been arrested in connection with same Crime No. 84/2018 registered in Police Station Bhatgapm, District Surajpur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Section 420, 468, 471, 178, 34 of IPC and there is no bail applications are pending before any other Court.

3. Counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have been enlarged

on bail under Section 167(2) of CrPC. Thus he wants permission of the Court to withdraw these bail applications.

4. Permission granted.
