1) The applicant has preferred these first bail applications under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested in connection with Crime Nos. 438/2019 and 24/2020 for offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of I.P.C. registered at Police Station- Khamtarai and Police Station Ganj, District-Raipur (C.G.).

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file afresh

application as and when occasion arises.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Permission granted.

5) Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
