At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner before pressing the matter in the Court seeks indulgence of the respondent authority by way of representation which he has moved during the pendency of the petition. Therefore, at this stage, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue representation.

With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
