1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the earlier round of litigation petitioner's fair price shop was suspended which was set aside by order of this Court on 16.03.2021 in WPC No. 3334 of 2020. He would submit that again on the wrong factual aspect that the goods have not been distributed, suspension order has been passed, whereas the Panchnama and other documents would show that the distribution was made in respect of the

goods.

2. Perused the documents and heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Since the petitioner disputes the fact that he has distributed the goods whereas on the wrong grounds the suspension order has been passed. The SDO is directed to decide the case of the petitioner as per Order 16 (3) of the C.G. Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is further directed that till then status quo as exist today shall be maintained.
