The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking relief to direct respondent No.2 to consider his pending representation. 2.

The petitioner is working as Trainee Officer, Govt Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Keshkal, District Kondagaon. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.2 to

decide his pending representation dated 17.06.2016 (Annexure P-3) within stipulated time, which is still pending till this date. 4.

Looking to these facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that if the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2016 (Annexure P-3) is not decided by the respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide such representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
