1. The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved of the order Annexure P1 dated 05.08.2021 whereby the petitioner has been shifted from the post of Forester from Range Assistant Kenda to the Special Duty on Belgahna Range, Belgahna.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that it is only 10 months time that the petitioner has been placed at the present place of posting and again

-2shifting the petitioner now amounts to frequent transfer. Second contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been shifted only to accommodate respondent no.5 who has been recently been transferred from Katghora, District Korba. Further contention of the petitioner is that there is no post as such in the set up of the respondent that of Special Duty.

3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner make a suitable representation to the respondent no.3 & 4 in respect of her grievance and inconvenience so far as shifting of place of posting and other grievances.

4. Let petitioner make a representation within seven days and respondent authorities shall decide the representation within a further period of 30 days. Till then, in the event if the petitioner has not been relieved and if respondent no.5 has also not assumed his charge as per the impugned order Annexure P-1, let status quo as it exists today be maintained till a decision is taken by the respondent no.3 & 4.
