Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that Order No.242 dated 16.7.2020 passed by Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Paryawas Bhavan, North Block, Sector-119, Raipur Atal Nagar, Distt. Raipur has been cancelled vide Order No.338 dated 29.10.2020 and Order No.561 dated 06.12.2021 and the petitioner has been posted in his previous place of posting as Executive Engineer (Civil), Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Division Rajnandgaon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been posted in his previous place of posting as well as on his previous post, i.e. Executive Engineer (Civil), Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Division Rajnandgaon.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant contempt petition. 5.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
