The applicant has preferred this first bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.233/2020, registered at Police Station Chakradhar Nagar, District Raigarh (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 376, 506, 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the jurisdictional Court.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
