(2) This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.130/2014 registered at Police Station Sankra, District Mahasamund, for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first & second bail applications were dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated 31.03.2015 & 10.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1260/2015 & M.Cr.C. No. 3481/2015 and third bail application was dismissed as peremptory order passed in M.Cr.C.

No.6145/2015 dated 03.11.2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the fourth bail application. Consequently, the fourth bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
