1. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be the error that has crept in the gradation list that was published showing the seniority as on 01.04.2020 the petitioner has been kept at serial no.56 counting his seniority from 09.09.2019 whereas his seniority ought to had been counted from 17.04.2012 and in that case the petitioner's seniority would had been at serial no.7 or 8.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that initially the petitioner was appointed on the 17.04.2012 and was posted at Tahsil Office Akaltara, District Janjgir Champa. However, on the administrative exigency the petitioner was transferred to Tahsil Sakri, District Bilaspur and in the gradation list it reflects the seniority of the petitioner has now been shown only from the

-2day, petitioner has joined at Sakri on 09.09.2019. Thereby the petitioner's previous seven years of service has not been counted for the purpose of grant of proper seniority.

Without entering into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent no.2 & 3 by way of detailed representation and respondent no.2 & 3 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and decide the seniority of the petitioner on its own merits, if required by revising the seniority list in accordance with law within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
