1. The issue involved in the present writ petition has already been dealt

with in identical set of facts in WPS No. 3657/2021. This Court on due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case rendered from the petitioners' side as also from the State side has finally vide judgment dated 16.07.2021 dismissed the said writ petition.
