1. The issue raised in the present writ petition is that whether a candidate who have passed CTET would be eligible for recruitment to the post of Assistant Teacher in the State of Chhattisgarh without qualifying TET test conducted by the State of Chhattisgarh.

2. The issue involved in the present writ petition was recently considered by this court in another writ petition vide WPS No.3815 of 2021 and this court after hearing the parties have vide order dated 27.07.2021 dismissed the said writ petition.

-23. Given the fact that this court had already in an identical set of facts taken a view that writ petition does not have any merit, this court is compelled to decide the present writ petition also in the similar terms. Accordingly, the present writ petition also stands rejected in terms of the order dated 27.07.2021 passed in WPS No.3815 of 2021.
