1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, proceeding for removal of respondent No.7 has been initiated by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), but

it has not been concluded, therefore, a direction be issued to conclude the said proceeding expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, respondents No.5 and 6 are directed to conclude the proceeding initiated for removal of respondent No.7 expeditiously, according to the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993

3. With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
