Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical petition has already been disposed off earlier by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2017 in WPC No.1244 of 2017 (Smt. Saraswati Soni Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others).

This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by notice dated 25/04/2017 by which, the petitioner has been asked by the Corporation to remove construction allegedly made without grant of permission. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is possessed of building permission, the same could not be submitted before the authorities. The petitioner has placed on record a map.

In the interest of justice, the petitioner is granted 15 days' time to submit the building permission, if any with him, to the Zone Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raipur. Thereafter, depending upon the production of documents before the authority, appropriate steps may be taken by the authorities in accordance with law.

For a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, demolition shall not take place.
