This is the third bail application filed by the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail. The first bail application was dismissed on merits in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 379 of 2018 on 21.6.2018 and the second bail application was again dismissed on merits in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 1522 of 2018 on 22.1.2019 on the ground that there was no change in the circumstances.

After hearing the submission made by counsel for the applicant and perusing the application for grant of anticipatory bail, I am of this view that there is no change in the circumstances, therefore, this application cannot be entertained.

Hence, this repeat bail application is dismissed at motion stage.
