1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.516/2015, registered at Police Station Mahasamund, Distt. Mahasamund for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 186, 353, 294, 506 and 394 of the IPC.
2. After arguing for fairly long time, when the Court was inclined to dismiss the application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application with a prayer to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial.
3. The prayer is fair and reasonable.
