At the outset, it is submitted that against the order passed by this Court, Review Petition has been preferred, which is pending consideration and now, in compliance of the order passed by this Court, an order has been passed, which is subject to final outcome of this Review Petition. It is further submitted that the respondent No.2 had no intention to flout the order of the Court.

Having considered the subsequent development that the order has now been issued in compliance of the order of the Court passed earlier, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
