3. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed off directing respondent No.5 to decide her pending representation dated 08.05.2018 (Annexure P-7) within stipulated time.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed off with this direction that respondent No.5 shall decide the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2018 (Annexure P-7) expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of

receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
