Grievance of the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the nonconsideration of the claim of the Petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment.

Petitioner's father, Late Gajman, who was posted as a Class-IV employee at Balod under the Respondents, died in harness on 16.12.2018. After the death of his father, the Petitioner applied for grant of compassionate appointment and since then he has been repeatedly approaching the Respondents for the same but till date his application has not been considered by the Respondents and the same is still pending consideration before them. 3.

Learned State Counsel at this juncture submits that since the application of the Petitioner is yet not decided, let the matter may be disposed of directing the Respondents to take a decision on the same at the earliest on its own merits in accordance with the scheme applicable so far as the case of the Petitioner is concerned.

Given the said submission by the learned Counsel for State, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is being disposed of with a direction to Respondents No. 2 to 4 to take a decision at the earliest as regards the claim of the Petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. Let this exercise be done by the Respondents within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
