1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.36/2014, registered at Police Station Chando, Distt. Balrampur-Ramanujganj, for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 313, 315 and 376 of the IPC.
2. After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application with a prayer to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial, in view of the fact that two witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court.
3. The prayer is fair and reasonable.
