Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 27/04/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that FIR and charge-sheet has been filed against the co-accused person on 02.04.2012, which is still pending for evidence before the trial Court and there is no substantial progress in the trial and, therefore, trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to take effective steps to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
