The applicants have filed the instant application for restoration of MAC No. 395 of 2017 which was dismissed under a peremptory order of this Court dated 22.03.2017.

Counsel for the applicants prays for grant of further two weeks' time to cure the default in MAC No. 395 of 2017 as also for restoration of the said MAC.

On due consideration of the submission, I am inclined to allow the instant MCC, restore MAC No. 395 of 2017 and grant further two weeks' time to remove the default in the said MAC. 4.

Resultantly, the instant MCC is allowed. MAC No. 395 of 2017 is restored to its file and the applicants are granted further two weeks' time to remove the default in MAC No. 395 of 2017. 5.

A copy of this order be placed on the record of MAC No. 395 of 2017.

List MAC No. 395 of 2017 for hearing after the default is removed.
