Upon hearing the applicant and perusing the original records, order dated 28.03.2017 is recalled and following order is passed - "The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner moved an application before the respondent No.1 on 06.10.2015 for extension of route from Surajpur to Premnagar via Krishnapur, Ganeshpur in one return trip daily, the application has remained pending without any decision. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that under Rule 74 of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rule, 1994 requires that the application are to be disposed off within the stipulated period.
Considering the submission, the statutory mandate and the stipulated period, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's application. If it has not been done by now, the authority should decide the matter within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
The MCC is disposed off.
