Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 24.08.2018 The grievance of the petitioners is that though they have been working with the respondents for over 17-18 years, till date they have not been paid regular pay scale which they were otherwise entitled for on completion of 3 years of service.

Taking into consideration the limited grievance which the petitioners have raised, let the respondent no.3 as well as respondent no.6 scrutinize the case of the petitioner and consider whether the petitioners are entitled for regular pay scale or not. If they are entitled for, the same be released from the date they are entitled for with all consequential benefits and arrears etc. In case the petitioners are not entitled for the said relief, they would be intimated by giving the reasons. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent no.2 as well as respondent no.6 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
