The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 217/2015 registered in Police Station Jaijaipur, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 294, 506, 332, 353, 186, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case on 12/09/2015 one Police Constable Komal Tiwari went to the house of the applicants for making enquiry, at that time, the applicants along with other co-accused obstructed him to discharge the official duty and assault was made. Consequently, the offence has been committed.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the charge sheet in this case has been filed and the complainant himself was hiding in suspicious manner. He further submits that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C. No.6675/2015 on 7/12/2015,

therefore, the applicants may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel do not dispute the fact that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C. No.6675/2015 on 7/12/2015.

Considering the fact that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C. No.6675/2015 on 7/12/2015, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
