This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 290/2015 registered at Police Station- Chhukhadan, District - Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of Chhattisgarh Excise Act.

Counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after all the seizure witnesses are examined. 3.
