1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has purchased a property from Respondent No. 1. It is further submitted that respondent No. 1 is constructing community centre adjacent to his house and opening of 2 windows are towards the bathroom, bed room and dinning room of the petitioner's house. Therefore, he has made an application to the Executive Engineer so that the two windows which are opening towards the petitioner's house may be closed, as enough windows are available. He refers to Annexure P-2, a representation has already been filed to the Executive Engineer C.G. Housing board (Respondent No. 2).

2. Considering the submission and the perusal of the application Anenxure P-2, since the application has already been filed to the Respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the cause of the petitioner within a reasonable time and after verification of the facts and the site situation.
