1. Heard.
2. The prayer of the petitioner is that by order of the State Government dated 6th of September, 2014 (Annexure P-4) permission was granted to grant the land on lease to the petitioner. Thereafter, the premium and the lease rent was calculated but till date no final orders have been passed by the Nazul Officer and despite the letters addressed at the different point of time till 2018 nothing has been heard and no orders have been passed by the Nazul Officer.
3. Perused the document Annexure P-4 which is a grant/permission order passed
by the State Government dated 6th of September, 2014 to grant lease in favour of the petitioner. Considering this fact it is directed that the Nazul Officer shall pass order on the application of the petitioner within a further period of three months after evaluating the lease rent and premium as per the guidelines and it shall also be taken into consideration that if the petitioner is in occupation of the land in question, the same shall also be considered for calculating the premium and the rent.
