The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 09.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2624 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that, the name of the petitioner/applicant has been wrongly got typed as "Vineeta Sahu" instead of "Vineeta Gajbhiye".

The counsel for the applicant submits that, the error is bonafide on the part of the office of the counsel for the applicant/petitioner and, therefore, the same may be modified. Not opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The Order dated 09.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2624 of 2019 stands modified and the name of the applicant/petitioner shall be read as "Vineeta Gajbhiye" instead of "Vineeta Sahu". So far as the I.A. No. 01 of 2019 is concerned, the same stands allowed and taking into consideration the nature of modification that is sought for in the present MCC.
