Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice 29.03.2017 When this bunch of matters is taken up today, learned counsel for the different writ petitioners submitted that with passage of time it may not be
worthwhile to prosecute these writ petitions to the extent to which challenge has been levied against the manner in which the offers have been acted upon by the Government and that with this plea, these matters could be treated as infructuous to that extent and that the Petitions may be closed as infructuous without prejudice to any remedy that they may seek in relation to any subsequent action by the respondents.
