(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.167/2015 registered at Police Station - Balco, District Korba for the offences punishable under Sections 457 & 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with a prayer that the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Certified copy, as per rules.
