Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Raipur to Jagdalpur, via Dhamtari Kanker, Kondagaon and back one return trip daily is pending since 01/07/2016 before the respondent without any decision.

Let petitioner's application be decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order and in case, petitioner has any grievance, he would have remedy to challenge the same before the authority. 3.
