State of Chhattisgarh and Others" has been perused minutely and after perusal of the same, it has been found that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered with the case of Francis Xavier Back and Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others" and therefore, in the light of the decision given in the case of Francis Xavier Back and Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others", the appropriate decision would be taken in the case of the petitioner."
