Agrawal Order On Board 10/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.5-Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Sarseni is making construction over the Grass Land/Nistari Land of village Sarseni, which is impermissible under the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code.
(2) Be that as it may, the Collector, Baloda Bazar is directed to look into the matter and take a decision after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
