1. It is not disputed before this Court that the matter in issue is covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 26.02.2015 in

Writ Appeal No.281/2013 (Lakhanram Sahu and others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others and other connected matters). SLP preferred by the State against the said order of Division Bench has also been dismissed.

2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in the matter of Lakhanram Sahu (supra). The respondent shall take decision on the petitioner's case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
