1. Aggrieved by the order Annexure P/1 dated 24.08.2021, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Vide the said order, the respondent No. 3 was ordered to be posted at the place where the petitioner is presently working and there was no place of posting given to the petitioner.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Dy. Advocate General produced an order dated 24.08.2021 whereby there is a specific order passed by the District Collector granting specific posting to the petitioner.

-24. Given the fact that there is already an order passed by the District Collector granting specific posting to the petitioner and the grievance of the petitioner stand redressed. Accordingly, the present writ petitions stands disposed of.
