Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that against the acquisition of their lands, petitioners have made a representation before the Collector on 13.02.2016 but till date no decision has been taken on the said representation.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Surajpur / Balrampur is directed to consider and take decision on the petitioners' representation strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
