2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to set-aside the agenda issued by the respondent No. 2 for consideration of applications for grant of regular stage carriage permit for operating City Bus, but till date, no decision has been taken by the competent authority on petitioner's application.

3. In this petition, the petitioner has alleged that the applications which have been filed for consideration of regular stage carriage permit are still pending consideration. Whether this applications are to be allowed or rejected is the matter of consideration by the competent authority. Therefore, no cause of action arises for the petitioner to file this petition.
