Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 26.07.2018 Heard.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking the relief to direct respondent authorities to decide his pending representation dated 12.06.2017 (Annexure P-1).

The petitioner is working as Lecturer (Hindi) and now he has joined at Government Higher Secondary School, Parsurampur, District Surajpur.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file afresh representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievances and the instant writ petition may be disposed

of by giving direction to respondent No.2 to decide such representation within stipulated time.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file afresh representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide such representation expeditiously from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law and procedure.

It is made clear that this Court has not touched the merit of the case.
