Sam Koshy Order On Board 31/07/2018 The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that he has moved a representation before the higher authorities for giving him relaxation from undergoing basic police training and for considering his claim for being posted where the training is not required on medical and health grounds.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today in accordance with the rules.
