1. Aggrieved by the order dated 07.08.2021 the present writ petition has been filed. Vide the said impugned order the place of posting of the petitioner has been shifted from Patwari Circle No.9 Khaira to Patwari Circle No.13, Musrakala.

2. The ground of challenge seems to be the short tenure of service left for retirement as according to the petitioner he has got only around five months time left for his superannuation, however, on a query being put to the counsel for the petitioner he fairly submits that distance between the two places of posting is just around 20 KMs which can hardly cause any inconvenience to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly this court does not find and strong case made out by the petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned order. However, since the petitioner has already approached the respondent No.3 by way

-2of a representation for appropriate change of place of posting, it is expected that the respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law.
