It is submitted on behalf of the Applicant that the words "to the satisfaction of the concerned Juvenile Justice Board for his appearance before the Board as and when directed by the said Board" mentioned in paragraph 8 of the order dated 4.7.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision No.95 of 2018 need to be substituted by the words "to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District Raipur for his appearance before the said Court as and when directed" because earlier the matter was pending before the Juvenile Justice Board, but, later on, it was transferred to the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur. In the circumstance, since the sureties for release of the Applicant on bail cannot be furnished before the Juvenile Justice Board, the substitution of the words as sought in paragraph 8 of the order

dated 4.7.2018 may be allowed for furnishing the sureties and release of the Applicant on bail.

On due consideration, it is directed that in paragraph 8 of the order dated 4.7.2018 passed in Criminal Revision No.95 of 2018, in place of the words "to the satisfaction of the concerned Juvenile Justice Board for his appearance before the Board as and when directed by the said Board" the words "to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District Raipur for his appearance before the said Court as and when directed" be read. 4.

Accordingly, the instant Cr.M.P. is allowed. Necessary sureties for release of the Applicant on bail be furnished accordingly before the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District Raipur. Sd/- (Arvind Singh Chandel) JUDGE Gopal
