The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's application for leave in accordance with Chhattisgarh Prisoner's Leave Rules, 1989. 3.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner could not furnish the surety for his release on parole, therefore he was not released on parole.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to furnish two surety within ten days from today.

Be that as it may, on petitioner's furnishing two surety, he be released on parole forthwith.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. Certified copy by tomorrow.
