1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner for regularization of his services.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been working with the respondents as a Sweeper (Safaikarmi) since 2002 onwards and as such he has put in around 19 years of service under the respondents. Hence, counsel for petitioner prays for an appropriate direction to be issued to the respondents to consider regularizing the services of petitioner.

3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider the

claim of petitioner for regularization and take an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
