(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 213/2013 registered at Police Station - Chirimiri, District Koria (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366,376,368 & 212/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4,6,17 & 18 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 14.10.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.

No. 5235/2015.

(3) Having perused the records of the case, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected.
